Our journey began in Paris in 2012 when our founder observed how social networks were increasingly being used to share personal messages through short videos. The idea emerged with a simple yet ambitious mission: to add a more personal touch to modern communication.
The observation
In today's digital age, gifts often come with quick notes that need to be written in limited space – have you ever tried to craft a good gift message in 50 characters or less? Sometimes, words and text just aren't enough to convey the right emotion. Customer journeys are often dehumanized: standardized forms, cold interactions, lack of personalization.
Our response
